Shipping policy
After receiving your order confirmation email, please allow 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to process your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification. Delivery will be arranged as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method you have selected. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and do not include weekends and public holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
Please ensure that you provide us with a thorough and precise delivery address, along with the recipient's name. We cannot be held responsible for any mishaps in the delivery process caused by incorrect or insufficient information provided by you.
